Parking: Parking entrance is on Mauka side on Pohukaina St. $5 with a stamp (please bring the parking ticket to be stamped)

For the 2016 State Epidemiological Profiles, we would like to conduct a survey to obtain some feedback from the users of the 2014 versions of the State Epidemiological Profiles. If you have ever read the State Epidemiological Profiles, we appreciate your input by January 20, 2017! Note:The survey for this event has been closed.
Survey results will be shared at the meeting and information will be used to choose what to include in our 2016 profile. Your input and comments will be much appreciated!
