Training Overview:
This free, one-day virtual training will cover the topic of staying engaged with the community during COVID-19. This session will create a learning community for coalitions and prevention practitioners in discussing how to identify changing local conditions due to COVID 19, and how providers are responding with strategies and messages to support communities. During the webinar, we will explore innovative messages and strategies being implemented by coalitions and prevention programs all over the country, and participants will be encouraged to share what they are doing in their communities.

Target audience:
Youth-serving organizations, school counselors and other school personnel, youth after-school and other prevention-related programs, and others working in substance misuse prevention. Professionals in the prevention and treatment field who are interested in obtaining the Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) credential.
