ADAD Training: Effective Case Management Practices

Cost: $25.00 payable to CDFH by credit card through the registration site. 
Certificate: 6 hours ADAD approved.

Jessica Torralva, LMHC, NCC. Jessica has extensive experience in the Human Services Field working as a Supervisor for an evidenced-based treatment program. Jessica is the Area Chair for the Social Sciences program at a private college. Jessica is also currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology.

Target Audience:
Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC), Certified Prevention Specialists (CPS), Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professionals (CCJP), Certified Clinical Supervisors (CCS) and applicants; those with other ADAD professional credentials; and anyone involved in the human services field to include Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).

The purpose of the session is to gain an understanding of ethical guidelines in an advanced setting. Participants will be better equipped to resolve ethical dilemmas in Substance abuse and Mental Health field. This will be beneficial for those that have already completed Ethic's the Basic.

ADAD Zoom Training: Working with Challenging Families

This workshop is designed to incorporate the skills necessary to build better relationships with families who may be resistant or hesitant to services. Training will focus on assessing client strengths, reviewing various behavioral theories, approaches and techniques, and identifying strategies for addressing conflict in relationships.
