Impact of sleep quality and duration on total health
Relationship between sleep and substance use
Key terms associated with sleep hygiene
Facilitator:
"Dave" Sprouse is a Primary Counselor, Ku Aloha Ola Mau where he facilitates group in a range of topics including tobacco cessation, integrated wellness and interruptions in substance use. Dave manages a caseload of 50 Haumana delivering counseling with emphasis in total wellness and respect to ASAM dimensions. Dave holds dual masters degrees in Adult Education and Counseling Psychology. Dave is certified in substance abuse counseling and career counseling and is a "Freedom From Smoking" Facilitator in conjunction with American Lung Association.

LCSW, CSAC, CCJP, CCS, CSAPA and those that are applicants.
