Training Overview:
This free, two-day virtual training will cover the topic of ethics in the substance misuse prevention field. The training will cover key terminology, the six principles in the Prevention Code of Ethics, and a decision-making process to use when faced with an ethical dilemma.

Target Audience:
This training is specifically for providers living in Kaua‘i County. Youth-serving organizations, school counselors and other school personnel, youth after-school and other prevention-related programs, and others working in substance misuse prevention. Professionals in the prevention and treatment field who are interested in obtaining the Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) credential.
