About SPF Hawai'i

The Hawai‘i Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) website offers resources for developing a data-driven prevention infrastructure to address substance misuse challenges in Hawai‘i’s communities. The University of Hawai‘i Center on the Family developed the website with funding and support from the Hawai‘i Department of Health’s Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division.
